Shortly after the release of his new song “sauceintherough,” brakence follows up with the trippy video counterpart produced by Overcast and directed by Daniel Jordan K. The music video filmed in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio gives the hallucinatory essence that also presents itself in the raw emotions heard in the song. At such a young age, brakence continues to create a clear vision of his teen experience with his artistry.
The 18-year-old Columbus, OH native brakence self-released his debut full length punk2 earlier this year. With his unique brand of pop music blends elements of punk, alternative and trap, the album is filled with infectious songs like today’s “sauceintherough.” The new song is included in the rerelease of his debut album punk2, which features breakout tracks “fuckboy” as well as “fwb” and “dropout.” Listen to the album here.
