Many popular CEOs who represent several entities and companies formulated a plan in order to create millions of jobs for Black workers in the next decade. This coalition has been labelled OneTen and it announced that it hopes to continue hiring and promoting one million Black workers so they can grow and enhance their financial states.
We will bring together major employers in partnership with
leading non-profits and other skill-credentialing organizations. By shifting to a skills-first paradigm, we’ll build a more flexible
talent pipeline that will allow employees and employers to thrive.
