Meet Johnathan Walters, an accomplished leader with diverse experience in business entrepreneurship and community engagement. As the CEO of Rascal Land Company based in Chicago, he leads a remarkably successful enterprise that is wholly owned by him and is looking to inspire and uplift the next generation. Under his leadership, Rascal Land expanded into various sectors, including clothing, television, and print. Before he created the company, Walters encountered challenges growing up but made history by becoming one of the successful black entrepreneurs in Chicago. He believes difficult situations are temporary, and with a great vision and focus, one can overcome them.
