What’s your next move ?
“I plan to shoot a music video this summer along with hopefully getting another album recorded. I have plenty of songs I would love to record in the studio, and more on the way.”
Are you working on any projects ?
“I would like to do an R&B album, and I really wanna incorporate some meaningful messages about mental health. Always, but especially in COVID-19 many people are faced with daily battles concerning mental health, and it’s important to bring awareness to those struggles.”
Where do you see yourself in 1 year ?
“I see myself experimenting more with my music taste, and pushing boundaries. I see that there is a double standard for what is okay to say in the music industry regarding men, and women. I want to talk about things that are seen as taboo, and normalize things that are seen as improper for women to say. So many powerful women are doing this right now, and that inspires me.”
If you could pick one or the other what would you choose, the money or the fame?
If I made a lot of money I don’t think I would keep it. My music is more about sharing what I have learned, struggled with, and healed, so that I may be a lifeline to people out there who feel misunderstood.
