Over the last year the Atlanta-based Detroit native Siena Liggins has gone from a behind-the-scenes songwriter to one of Billboard’s Top Ten new LGBTQ artists who has shared stages with the likes of Lizzo, Doja Cat, King Princess and Leikeli47. She has been featured on playlists across every streaming platform, including New Music Friday, Fresh Finds, and the cover of Tidal’s Rising: Pop playlist. With an aptness for savoir-faire paired with flirtatious wordplay and catchy hooks, Siena’s work highlights her experiences and worldview in an unapologetically saucy and honest way. Her songs have been called “Queer Pop Perfection (Wussy Mag)”, and Siena thinks that might have something to do with her writing approach.
Siena connects with Yung Baby Tate for the salacious anthem you’re too shy to admit you need. Dirty Girl is the lead single from Siena’s debut album, Ms. Out Tonight (Apr 27). Yung Baby Tate just dropped her After The Rain EP with the single “I Am” currently at Top 5 on the US and Global Viral Charts. The video they made together drops Feb 12, kicking off a full album campaign that includes visuals for all 12 songs. After using 9 singles to summon a frenetically steadfast clique of fans to her side, Siena’s Dirty Girl kicks open the door to everyone waiting line for her new music and visuals.
