unnamed-29 Sucka Free Mistro Drops New EP

Before he picked the mic, SuckaFree Mistro (SFM) picked up a basketball but music was always in his blood. Mistro played his college basketball as a guard at Virginia Intermont College. After graduation, he turned his attention to his other passion of music. After years of working, Mistro released his highly anticipated EP in 2015. The sounds are powered by Sucka Free Music.

Mistro always had a love for music but it was in 2015 when he finally began to take his passion and the craft seriously. The EP is a collection of music Mistro wrote when he first started recording music in 2015. He sat on the music for too long. He finally gained the confidence to give fans a different variety of music as he grew as an artist. The songs are not mastered in a major studio, but the tracks have always been his favorites.

His Day 1’s, friends, family, and fans pushed him to release his music to the world. While he once considered these songs to be throwaways, there was nothing trash about these projects. They are personal samples he will always love, cherish, and listen to. It made him who he is as an artist. But these samples can have a positive impact on others.

The EP is a departure from the drill, club, and mumble music that had defined hip hop music in the last few years. It’s music that breaks down life in many ways. It’s the type of music you can sit back, relax, or just ride to. Mistro plans to release a visual for “Manifest Destiny” in the coming weeks. This project also features a song (Maybelline) with Frost Vegas, who has worked with Bryson Tiller, another Louisville, KY native. Manifest Destiny is the first track on his EP. SuckaFree Mistro is next up!
