An investigation is being conducted by Louisiana officials as a veteran officer violently attacked a Black teen. Police Chief Murphy Paul went to respond to calls regarding teens arguing while holding baseball bats. The officer went on to pin a 13-year-old to the ground and wrapped his arms around the teen’s neck.
