Brian “Essince” Collins, best known as Essince, hails from NorthEast Ohio, but he was born in
Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He has been working in the music industry for almost 20 years.
He is the owner of Royal Heir Entertainment which is the parent company to several divisions,
including Royal Heir Magazine and Royal Heir Sports.
Whether Essince is managing projects/clients nationally or internationally (U.S./Asia/
Latin America are his main markets), servicing records (most notably received a RIAA plaque for
his work on Drake’s 6x platinum album “Views”), educating others, assisting in selling out events
such as Pitbull at the Football Hall of Fame, routing tours in any of his primary markets, writing
another book, working with his ABA team, The Akron Aviators (owner), doing camera work like he
did for Beyonce/Jay Z concert, giving back to kids, or handling any of the other hats Essince
wears as a CEO for Royal Heir Entertainment, he gives it all.
Essince is continuously evolving with his market and his ability to change with the times
throughout the years, and it makes him a force to be reckoned with. He has been featured and
interviewed on a multitude of platforms from magazines, blogs and TV.

Essince currently the head instructor for Sports Media at the Ohio Media School
at the Cleveland Campus. He has attended dozens of music industry
conferences including: Midem in France, SXSW several times as well as A3C.
He also has been a guest panelist at over a dozen music conferences to include

In 2016, Essince became a self-published author of his book
“Making it in the Midwest” (a How-To-Guide to be Successful in Music). His book
breaks down the basics for artists to be able to follow and shares stories about
experiences in the industry.
Essince has contributed writing to not only his own magazine , Royal Heir
Magazine, but to other media outlets.
For years he has been working with record servicing company ECMD, and on
their monthly conference calls moderated the conversations as well as been
able to interview some of the biggest artists in the hip-hop game. One of his
favorites has been the opportunity to interview Jeezy.

On top of everything Essince does in the music industry, several years ago
Essince added Royal Heir Sports to his portfolio and started an ABA team in
Akron OH, Akron Aviators, which he currently owns.
Royal Heir Sports primary focus is on Sports Marketing, making it a one stop
shop for atheletes and atheletic brands. The Royal Heir Sports Foundation (a
501(c)3 will launch in late 2022.
Essince curently holds a position with the ABA as President of
Media & Entertainment.

Essince has continued to support his Latin American roots throughout his
journey and has been volunteering for 20 years at the Mi Pueblo camp for
adopted hispanic children. located in Cleveland Hieghts. This organization
is near and dear to his heart and he makes it a priority every summer to
make sure he shows up and is present for the kids. He also at one time was
working with a partnership program out of Atlanta that allowed industry
professionals to go over business plans for inmates.
