Fanatics is hosting its inaugural Global Impact Day – a company-wide day of service where more than 4,000 employees across 10 countries will volunteer throughout their local communities.
Fanatics’ volunteer activities will span:
· Building houses with Habitat for Humanity
· Campus beautification projects at Boys and Girls Clubs
· Assisting at shelters and food banks
· Local park clean ups
· Organizing donations to parents in low-income areas
· Writing letters to veterans, and much more.
Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin will be volunteering at multiple locations in New York City with Citymeals on Wheels (which delivers meals to homebound elderly residents) and Room to Grow (which provides resources and services to parents in low-income areas).
Other Fanatics senior executives will be joining Rubin alongside colleagues as they roll up their sleeves for the day in several locations.
Global Impact Day will see Fanatics employees volunteer more than 15K hours at more than 200 global sites around the world, including India, France, Honduras, Thailand, Japan, United Kingdom, Paris, Canada, and the U.S.
