Moreover, he is one of the three founding members of the company namely “Secret Society Motion Pictures’ ‘. In the late 2000s, nobody could have imagined that this company could reach the heights that it has achieved now. At the start, they were just three guys named Ishell, Hendrix, and Denity who were scrambling to accomplish an unpredicted workload which gained their success in Tri State and its neighboring areas but today, they not only run the most impressive film internship program but also shoot majority music videos of our favorite artists as their company has maintained itself in the list of leading companies of the music video industry. The success this company has achieved has only come with a shear amount of Team sacrifice and dedication. Now after that, they have achieved so much in this industry, still, they always remember their beginning and the effort which they have done to reach this level.
Demanding Industry:
This industry is hugely demanding but as three guys have proved with consistency, hard work, and patience that anything is possible. It is a very common practice that businesses and people to let go of their dreams when faced with difficulty. But the important point here is that people should face difficulties and continue striving forward. By doing this, dreams become reality. Ishell gave the biggest advice to young entrepreneurs or anybody else who wants to adopt this profession i.e., “Keep going”. He urges everybody to always keep going despite facing failure and keep pursuing their dreams till it has been achieved.

Ishell when started videography, he did not know what he was doing and where this skill would take him. He would never have learned from his mistakes if he did not commit any mistakes. The formula of success for Ishell was simply to wake up every morning and start doing what he loves and was passionate about. His success story is the motivation for those people who have dreams and they have the ability and freedom to pursue their dreams.
