With support and co-signs from artists like Mozzy, Sauce Walka, BabyStoneGorillas, Wallie The Sensei, No Jumper host Almighty Suspect and Kanye West’s artist Rooga to only name a few, ILLAH recently linked up with LA based producer Anwoy for his newest project “Missed Calls”, a 3 track EP.
Anwoy Roy, who has worked with and contributed musically to the likes of Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, Majid Jordan, Post Malone, Poo-Bear, Usher and many others, continues to strive for greatness and sonic perfection with his highly skilled talents and 10 plus years experience having won Awards at international film festivals and even worked in Bollywood.
ILLAH and Anwoy both have enjoyed success in major publications such as Rolling Stone Magazine and have played major festivals such as VH1 Supersonic, Bacardi NH7 Weekender and more.
“Missed Calls” showcases a very different side of ILLAH highlighting his musical talents outside rapping and showcases lyric content that pertains to relatable topics within the lives of many not just the 25 year old artist proving him to be one of the next names from LA to make it mainstream. A raw, unplugged experience for the normal hip hop aficionado, this is a must listen for those who consider themselves to be ahead of time.
