Tyshon Davis, professionally known as DJ Tygga Ty, is the daily prime time jock on Rochester, NY’s The Beat 105.5FM, and has recently been named as the #1 DJ based on ratings for Hip-Hop, R&B & Reggae in the Upstate NY area. He is also newest DJ to join Superstar Jay’s Da Union DJs coalition, which has earned him a slot on Shade 45 for VIP Saturdays, starting October 15th, 2022.
Ty has performed on major platforms worldwide — gracing the stages of Rolling Loud, SXSW, Live Nation’s Kendrick Lamar ‘The Championship Tour’ at Darien Lake, and even opened South Padre, Texas’ Spring Break which featured Migos, Lil’ Wayne and many more. He is also the official DJ for Artist Auditions, a showcase company opening avenues for independent artists to perform alongside the largest talents in the industry.
DJ Tygga Ty has also been co-producing a number of Reggae Riddims as of recent, and has garnered the attention of the Reggae community worldwide with features from Red Rat, Dynasty the King, Delly Ranx as well as other notables.
