What made you want to become a musician?
I grew up around music. My grandmom always had music playing, my mom used to rap, I was in the band since I was young, it just felt natural to create something I enjoy.
What are some accomplishments that you are proud of?
So far, I’d have to say staying consistent over the last 2 years has been the greatest accomplishment. I’ve been rapping on and off since I was a child, but over the last few years I’ve really stuck with it, signed with PTB Syndicate and I haven’t stopped yet.
What’s your artist’s name and your life history?
My name is Mo Nicole, most people just call me Mo. My life history is simple pretty much, grew up in the PJs, had a decent childhood despite my environment, my mom used to rap and that’s a big reason how I ended up here.
What strengths do you have that you believe makes you a great musician?
I think my greatest strength is my work ethic. Making music is work, but the behind-the-scenes stuff is work. I’m willing to show up and out whenever I’m needed. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.
