Bolli Blas is a name that is well-known in the art industry. She’s a Polish-born, British contemporary artist who draws inspiration from her childhood art to create fascinating artwork. “Bollis” – Paintings depicting a modern world is an example.
Bollis are peculiar characters painted with vibrant colors in oil. The characters’ wide eyes are a distinct characteristic that gives you a glimpse into the modern world. She tries to portray a utopic version of the world, where there is no hate or war. By showing others a joyous narrative of the world without aches and pains, she hopes to inspire them to spread positivity and treat others fairly.
Bolli Blas began her career by depicting traditional-style landscapes and portraits in her paintings. When she was only three years old, she enjoyed drawing graffiti on the walls of her house and her dad encouraged her.
Her art at first represented visions, which were already been attempted before. She believed that, as a new artist, reproducing previously completed pieces was the way to go. Also, at the time, Bollis never had their current form—they had square eyes instead of round ones.
However, her perspective on art and life took a turn for the better. While on her visits to Asia and Africa, she realized that it is more to the world than what you know. She found inspiration in the kids in Africa who, despite facing hardships, never lost their innocence.
Bolli represents harmony and peace because of the places she visited and the people she met through her paintings.
In her art, Bolli Blas aims to convey her feelings regarding equality. Having constant exposure to the world of creativity, changing, and expressing one’s opinion gives her the power to create something that connects with everyone regardless of background.
As an artist, Bollis always wanted to create something unique and not add to the existing taste of art. Bolli attributes her artistic inventiveness and success to the people who influenced her. She hopes to bring happiness into the lives of many people through her charitable efforts and community service.
She firmly believes that doing things, no matter how big or small, has the power to touch people’s lives. She urges others to be loving and kind to one another.
She also finds painting to be good for her mental health. It encourages her to create more of her art pieces.
Bolli spreads her positive message through various channels such as social media, exhibitions, and auctions. Despite the epidemic, Bolli reappears in 2022 with global art exhibitions to please followers, admirers, and critics with new works of art.
She recently adopted an artistic style reminiscent of Spanish contemporary artist Pablo Picasso. It pays homage to Picasso’s art, which influenced contemporary and modern art with its diverse works spanning from naturalism to cubism to surrealism. She was inspired by Picasso’s use of lines and shapes, and his use of color to bring the paintings to life as a visual feast.
Bolli sees her art as a timeless medium through which she can communicate her message of peace to audiences worldwide. And she believes that listening to herself, how she’s maturing as an artist, and how she can use it in her art is one way to do it.
This year, art lovers can see Bolli’s work in the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, and France.
Her first show of the year was at the Nice Art Expo in early April. Bolli will shortly relocate to Venice, Italy for the Expo Arte 2022 exhibition. This summer, her work will also be on show at the Van Der Plas New York gallery. The solo art expo will take place in New York on 30 October 2022 and in Edinburg on 31 October 2022.
Bolli has showcased her artwork in New York, London, and Paris so far. She has a special kind of love for New York as she finds
the city to be progressive. In addition, she believes New York is a great place to exhibit her art.
But her aim now is to expand her work in smaller towns and countries which are lesser-known for art.
