Tell us about how your name came about?

Birth name

For those of you who haven’t heard of you, tell us about yourself!

I’m a Midwest artist, professor and military veteran, who has been involved in the arts for over 20 years.

What can we expect from your music?

Inspiration with rap lyrics

What was your introduction to the underground scene?

Here in Minneapolis, with multiple music artists in the hip-hop community.

What was your first song and in your opinion was it a success or failure?

My first song… to be played on air? It was called No Time to Waste. I wouldn’t think of it as either. I would think of it as a learning experience.

So, what kind of music do you listen to in your everyday life?

I’m an old school fan. Much would consist of (Jazz, Musical Theatre, Rock, Hip-hop, soul)

Where do you find your artistic inspiration?

In most poetry and spoken word artists

What do you do or listen to, to hype you up?

Stay focused.

Do you have any other hobbies outside of music?

I write shows (Theatre/radio plays) workout (Very stuck on nutrition atm)

Do you have anyone that you consider your mentor? How has their help or advice help shape you?

What is one experience in life that, without it, you wouldn’t be the artist you are today?

Living in East Saint Louis

What haven’t you attempted yet that you hope to?

Promote my work nationally, and I don’t hope, I believe.

Did you have a moment yet that you realized, I can never give up on this?

The day I left the military.

What do you hope to accomplish this year?

More attention on my work (Music/ Theatre)
