Dr. Lesley Logan assumed the esteemed role of Director of Communications at Harvest Christian University in January overseeing the Compton-Los Angeles extension campus, under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Dr. Aulsondro “ Emcee N.I.C.E”. Hamilton. As the university prepares for its upcoming spring class in 2024, Dr. Logan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.
In addition to her responsibilities at Harvest Christian University, Dr. Logan’s literary prowess shines through as a published writer, and experience in over 13 years in strategic public relations with her work featured in reputable publications such as Sheen Magazine, Contrast Magazine, Black Enterprise, and Insight Magazine. Anticipation mounts for her forthcoming book, slated for release in early April 2024.
Having spent her formative years in Southern California and with her mother’s alma mater being California State University, Dr. Logan’s connection to the region runs deep, enhancing her enthusiasm for her new role. Moreover, her philanthropic endeavors, including a forthcoming educational scholarship initiative in partnership with Bold.org, underscore her commitment to making a difference in the community.
Recognized with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 for her outstanding contributions to community service, mentorship, and philanthropy, Dr. Logan’s dedication to uplifting others is palpable.
