Resulting from his child abuse case earlier this year, the NFL has decided to suspend Minnesota Vikings running back and former NFL MVP Adrian Peterson without pay for the remainder of the season.
The season began promising for the Vikings and running back Adrian Peterson however after a story of Adrian Peterson and Jerry Jones having a conversation and photos of his son surfaced that weren’t pleasing, things have all gone down hill. Although Adrian didn’t go to jail for what many saw as abusive discipline, the NFL has decided to have Adrian hang up his cleats for the rest of the season.
If you ask me, Peterson many have played his last game in a Vikings uniform. I firmly believe Peterson will be a Dallas Cowboy next season and return to his home state of Texas. The NFL as issued a statement saying that Peterson will not be considered for reinstatement before April 15, 2015, as a result of iolating the league’s personal conduct policy yet he plans to appeal.
