With the recent release of Cole’s third album ‘2014 Forest Hills Drive’, it was only right that he stop by & kick it with the legendary Angie Martinez to plug in his work. In their 43-minute long interview, Cole gave his take on the injustices that have occupied the mainstream attention for a while now & touched on his recent appearance on the David Letterman Late Show. Of course he had a little explaining to do about the his verse on ‘Fire Squad’ referring to Eminem, Iggy Azalea, & Macklemore which caused hip-hop to go into a bit of a frenzy.
