Yesterday afternoon, the sports World almost stood still for a moment when former NBA MVP Kevin Durant announced he was signing with the Golden State Warriors.

Durant made his announcement in an article via the Players Tribune and the era of Durant, Curry, Thompson and Green begins in Oakland. Durant has agreed to a 2 Year, $54.3 million dollar deal and the Warriors have already been named the favorites to win the 2016-17 NBA championship.
