Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s son, Saint, is finally home where he’ll continue to recover after being hospitalized with pneumonia. Last week, the two year old was admitted a couple days after Christmas, with mom and dad sharing overnight duties. Kim took to social media to share her family experience as well as her gratitude to the hospital staff. Read her Tweets below.

I just want to thanks every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint 👼🏽
