A year goes by fast! Last year, we were live in Philadelphia for the annual Roots Picnic Festival. Today, Live Nation announced the Picnic’s official date with a line-up reveal! As always, the talent line-up is elite – including Meek Mill, Summer Walker, DaBaby, Snoh Aalegra, Burna Boy, Thunder-Cat, Dussepalooza, The Roots (of course) along with Musiq Soulchild, SWV & Brandy!

Created and hosted by Hip Hop group, The Roots, and co-founded by Shawn Gee, The Roots Picnic, is an annual music festival is hosted in the group’s home city of Philadelphia. For the past 12 years, artist such as Public Enemy, Kid Cudi, Method Man, John Legend, Wiz Khalifa, De La Soul, Solange, DJ Premier, Snoop Dogg, Janella Monae, The Weekend, Erykah Badu, Future, Swizzled Beats, Migos, Willow Smith and more have touched the Festival’s various stages.
