These are exciting times for T’Juan TMK, who recently signed an amazing deal with LMT PRO for the release of a new album: Pain Passion Power. The artist was known by T’Juan earlier, and he was a 3x Top 30 Billboard recording artist, and songwriter, before rebranding and going for a fresh start! He has classic mixtape series with the world-famous Bigga Rankin as the voice of Real Positive Radio, Mixtapes with DJ Holiday , DJ Whookid just to name a few. Not to mention touring and working with legendary artists like T-Pain, Rick Ross, Project Pat, Jim Jones, Zaytoven and so many more! Pain Passion Power is a fantastic new chapter in his career.
The record features 14 songs, showcasing the artist’s diverse approach. His music combines influences as diverse as hip-hop and blues, making for a unique and personal sound. Unlike other rappers on the scene, T’Juan TMK’s music is far from the usual cliches: the lyrics are more personal and the sound matches the charisma of the artist to perfection. The first song “Loud,” immediately highlights the deep, personal theme the album often deals with. The melody and flow of the vocals are reminiscent of artists such as Juice WRLD or Trippie Redd, combining hip-hop with soulful vocal melodies. There are many awesome songs on the album, but one of the highlights is “We Forever,” a melodic and catchy song that also has a very emotional overtone, connected to the idea of overcoming struggles in a relationship (“We go through our ups and downs, but you known I am going to stay around”). The lead single, SONG CRY is a fantastic track with a special vibe to it, and it is not surprising to hear that the artist picked it up as a lead single to represent this release!
