In this exclusive interview with HipHopSince1987 rising star Bankroll Freddie talks to Digital Crates about his come-up and dedication to his music career. Born and raised in Arkansas, Freddie is notably one of the only rappers from the state to land a major record deal. His witty lyricism, brutal honesty, and brash delivery have put both him and his home state on the map in the eyes of the hip-hop world. With From Trap To Rap 2 finally here, Freddie’s continued rise to stardom is all but inevitable. He represents his area as a true trailblazer leading the way for more artists to shine following his entry into the limelight.
His music has a unique sound that is all his own with a bounce and flavor that is true to his southern roots. The music is personal in subject matter but also very relatable to the listener. He has a little something for everyone spread across his albums with a versatile catalog of high-quality music. He is a blessed and humble individual. He makes music out of pure love and is motivated to win simply to live a good life and take care of his family. His music has serious subject matter but is also fun. His love for his craft is evident, especially in his visuals. He is goal-oriented and even though he has achieved a LOT he admits he has a long way to go still and lots of room for growth and improvement.
