The World Street Ball Association (WSBA), the renowned international organization promoting and celebrating the urban sport of street basketball, has announced the formation of its Northern Pacific Region. This expansion marks a significant milestone for WSBA, as it establishes a strong presence in the West Coast of the United States. The Northern Pacific Region will consist of 12 teams out of the 48 teams currently affiliated with WSBA worldwide.

James Lee Hardman Jr, the visionary founder of WSBA, unveiled the exciting news during a press conference held in Sacramento California, where he revealed the cities that would be receiving teams. The first 12 teams in the Northern Pacific Region will be based in prominent cities from California to Nevada, showcasing the immense talent and passion for street basketball in the area.

The cities that will be home to the WSBA teams in the Northern Pacific Region include:

Oakland

Sacramento

San Jose

San Francisco

Fresno

Los Angeles

Reno, Nevada

Las Vegas

This expansion is expected to invigorate the local basketball scene, provide an opportunity for aspiring players to showcase their skills on an international platform, and foster a community of street basketball enthusiasts throughout the region.
