With an abundance of street wisdom and the musicality to bring that knowledge to life, West Memphis, Arkansas’ YTB Fatt is primed for a long, impactful stay in the rap game. Continuing to hustle his way to the top, the Bread Gang Entertainment artist enlists New Orleans native and 2023 XXL Freshman Rob49 for his new video single, “Bet I Whip It.” A hard-nosed trap anthem that compliments each artist’s gritty style and highlights their natural chemistry, the track finds Fatt reflecting on the street life that still hits close to home while taking advantage of his natural gifts to rise above it.
The video for “Bet I Whip It” highlights YTB Fatt’s deep connection to the streets from which he emerged. Flexing big stacks of cash in the middle of a block party with his whole neighborhood surrounding him, Fatt beams as he basks in the love he receives from his community, as they celebrate their hometown hero for putting their city on the map.
Born and raised in West Memphis, Arkansas, just across the Mississippi from the Tennessee rap hotbed, YTB Fatt burst onto the scene in March 2023 with his debut single, “Shot Off Gumbo,” which quickly climbed to over 4.6M YouTube views with the help of Bread Gang head honcho Moneybagg Yo, who features on the track. In April, Fatt followed up with “Get Back,” which boasts over 4.2M YouTube views, and along with his debut single helped him land major co-signs from artists like Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Rod Wave, and more in recent weeks.
Stay tuned for more from the Bread Gang riser as the summer continues!
