Things couldn’t possibly get any worst for the Chicago Bulls in this years playoffs. After overcoming a injury filled season for MVP point guard Derrick Rose and still earning the top seed in the East, injuries followed Chi-town all the way to Philly.
After losing Rose again in Game 1 against the Sixers, All-Star center Joakim Noah badly sprained his ankle after stepping on the foot of Sixers guard Andre Iguodala and may still be unable to go for a possible elimination game tonight in the United Center.
Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau said after Monday’s practice Noah’s injury were improving and will be a game time decision but most likely out.
If Chicago is eliminated tonight the Sixers will face the winner of the Boston/Atlanta series.
