Tonight’s Monday night football matchup is between two of the NFL’s top scoring offenses. For week 2 of the NFL season, Chip Kelly and his Philadelphia Eagles head to Indianapolis to face Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts. The Eagles are (1-0) entering week 2 and the Colts are (0-1) after losing to Peyton Manning and the Broncos last week.
In this primetime matchup, I expect the Eagles to come out explosive. After a shaky first half in their opener against the Jaguars, the Eagles struggles so I believe tonight a fast start will be key. The Colts are led by quarterback Andrew Luck who always seems to poised in the pocket and finds a way to make the right play.
Look for the Eagles to come out running the ball and help Nick Foles get comfortable. I expect Lesean McCoy to have a big night with over 200 all purpose yards. Andrew Luck will toss two touchdown passes but two interceptions will put the Colts in a hole they can’t get out off. Nick Foles will toss 4 touchdown passes and the Eagles will beat the Colts to go (2-0).
