With one quarter of the NFL season complete there are still many issues that are uncertain in the league but one thing is for sure. The Miami Dolphins are 0-4 and now quarterback Chad Henne is out for the reminder of the season after separting his shoulder in the first quarter of sundays lost to the San Diego Chargers. With such a bad start and there being no signs of Dan Marino stepping back out on the field, the  Miami Dolphins could easily get a bit of Luck in the near future.

Luck-HHS-150x150 Henne Out for Season: Lucky Charm in South Beach? via (@eldorado2452) There hasn’t been as much hype for a quarterback prospect coming into the pros since Peyton Manning entered the league 1998 until now with Stanford senior QB Andrew Luck. Luck’s Cardinals are currently 4-0 and Luck reminds on top of 2012 NFL draft boards as the future number one pick. Luck is scouted to have the best physical and mental attributes since Peyton as well although Cam Newton may have a little to say about that. If Luck continues his extraordinary run in the NCAA he should be the 2012 NFL draft franchise Savior for some lucky team. Maybe the Dolphins.

As for now the fins have talked to Jim Sorgi, Trent Edwards, Charlie Frye, Brodie Croyle and Sage Rosenfels but Matt Moore will be the starter for Miami’s next game Oct. 17 against the New York Jets. As if playing in the AFC East already wasn’t already a up hill battle for the Fins, recent injuries and low home town fan support are seeming to bring a early end to any dreams of a division title or postseason birth but these current misfortunes may bring South beach the lucky charm they need for the future. Let’s see who gets the last laugh.
