Run D.M.C. and The Sugarhill Gang have been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame for their hits “Walk This Way” and “Rapper’s Delight”. The 40th anniversary honor is built around the connection that Rapper’s Delight is considered the first hip-hop record and Walk This Way bridged the gap between hip-hop and rock. Congrats kings!
