This probably one of the best videos from an upcoming Philly artists I have posted thus far. Its not the typical stand on the corner, or in front of an empty lot, because Clout is not your average rapper he bring substance, quality and MEANing to his visuals. I like that fast forwarding effect that Zach does in this video by the way.
