Kendrick-Lamar-3d-Natee 3D Na'Tee - Control Yourself (Kendrick Lamar Response)

3D Na’Tee, who I was first introduced to via her guest appearance in Jet Life recording artist Young Roddy’s “504 Radio” visual, is back with a vengeance. Initially your first reaction to the New Orleans femcee is nice body, cute face, raw delivery, is she trying to be the dark-skin Nicki Minaj? However, a brief look into her extensive catalog and all preconceptions will exit your mind. This seasoned wordsmith is humble as they come but can hang with the best of them. With the Kendrick Lamar “Control” verse epidemic slowing but surely coming to an end, she hand delivers her two cents on the call to action and drops off the Sunny Dukes produced “Control Yourself”. The eerie yet declarative track spearheaded with the verse:

“Ugh, I heard they were looking for me The baddest bxtch/ like Lazarus I came back and I’m taking my seat/ Queen And I heard Kendrick’s that control verse/ Everyone said it’s, “a cold verse” Ask me and I’d say, “when he met me on Sway that lil phuck nxgga studied my old work”

is a clear sign that she is a lane of her own and with a co-sign from Russell Simmons and All Def Digital her future is as bright as the sun itself. Be sure to check out “Control Yourself” below and her interview/freestyle with Sway and Kendrick Lamar that inspired the verse above!
