With the upcoming N.W.A. feature film, Straight Outta Compton in the works, they decided to add a new member to the cast. Award winning actor, Paul Giamatti will join the set to play Ruthless Records co-founder adn N.W.A. manager, Jerry Heller.
Jerry Heller was their manager during the formation of the group, and co-founded Ruthless Records with Eazy E. He was also one of the reasons why Ice Cube and Dr. Dre left the group. The movie is set to release on August 14, 2015. It will be directed by F. Gary Gray and produced by Ice Cube.
