HuffPostLive is The Huffington Post’s live-streaming platform that has now opened its arms to Hip Hop with their newly produced weekly series. Hosted by Jacques Morel, Freestyle Fridays is streamed live on Periscope every Friday from the HuffPost office in New York City. Last Friday, Bronx native, Omar Garvey, stopped by to perform his latest single, “So Frustrated.” The show’s format also requires rappers to spit a freestyle based off suggested words given by the audience watching on Periscope.
