Atlanta’s own, Bobby V, has recently released a few new singles throughout the past year, as he makes his return. Today he offers up a new single “Tell Me U Down” off his forthcoming album “Plan V”. The R&B singer/songwriter is back and is looking for a woman that is willing to be down with him as he climbs back to the top of the Billboard charts.
