Houston native, Eliot “Hydro” Ness is a fresh newcomer who brings plenty of talent to the table. The Lone Star native shares his debut single featuring Deadend Redd and DJ Scream titled, “Juggin.” While this may be his debut single, Hyrdo is no stranger to the industry. He has released numerous mixtape with industry heavy weights in the past such as Paul Wall and Scarface.
