Any true Kendrick Lamar fan will remember this freestyle, but many probably have never seen the video. Eight years ago, K. Dot was filmed spitting over Kanye West’s “So Appalled” after what appears to be one of his earlier interviews. The Compton rapper was still an unknown to most at this time so it’s kind of cool to look back and see all the progress he’s made. Check out the throwback visuals below.
