$ire is a Canadian vocalist who drops off his debut EP today. “Catching Fire” introduces us the Ontario bred upstart who fuses R&B and Pop with Hip Hop influences. The 9-track EP is a compilation of $ire’s passion, emotional journey, and experiences, all packaged into one easy-listening project.
“This project has something for everyone. It can be listened front to back or back to front, preferably in one sitting,” shares $ire.
The EP opens up with “Memory Lane,” a bold production that highlights $ire’s autotuned vocals with a catchy hook.
Throughout the remaining tracks, we are introduced to various production styles, showcasing $ire’s versatility. The EP closes out with a Tops assisted record titled, “Can’t Get Enough” – defined by an opening piano melody, as $ire asks “Who can I trust?”
