Over the weekend in Miami, at Rolling Loud, rapper Kodak Black was arrested on weapons charges. Details were vague at first, but now, more information has emerged. According to TMX, a claim was made that Kodak allegedly made false statements on more than one occasion while applying to buy firearms. The Souther District of Florida’s federal prosecutors are claiming that Black knowingly made false statements when purchasing guns in January and in March.
According to the allegations, Black lied on the application when asked if he was under investigation for crime – and if you recall, the rapper was indicted on sexual assault charges for a 2016 incident.
