Today, Live Nation Urban announces the line-up for their fifth annual Summer Block Party Festival. The festival has been the preeminent destination for soul and R&B lovers since 2015 and makes its return to Philadelphia, Houston and Chicago – with Dallas being a new addition. For the 2019 series, Live Nation Urban has called on GRAMMY Award-winning icon, Jill Scott, to headline all four cities! In Philly, hometown hero, Jazmine Sullivan joins the line-up along with MA$E, Musiq Soulchild, and DJ D-Nice. In Dallas, Faith Evans and Tweet will be on set, while Boyz II Men, Lucky Daye, and Faith are tapped for Houston. In Chicago, Anthony Hamilton, MA$E, and Carl Thomas are on the bill with Jill.
