TikTok has become a major platform for music discovery. To help creators continue to connect with their favorite artists, TikTok is launching Watermarked, a brand new livestream series giving the artists an opportunity to connect with the TikTok community and share a first preview spin of brand new releases. The series kicks off this Thursday, 10/29 at 8:30 PT with Trippie Redd previewing his album Pegasus the night before it officially drops. The livestream will be hosted by Dixie D’Amelio on Trippie’s TikTok account (@trippieatplay).
Watermarked is a live-only listening session, streamed and hosted by music artists, giving TikTok users an opportunity to preview major new releases. Hosted on the artist’s handle on Thursdays at 8:30PM PT/11:30PM ET, during this 30 minute countdown before the album releases, Watermarked allows artists to walk their fans through previews of the album’s key tracks and answer individual questions posed by fans in the comments LIVE on TikTok.
