It was good until it wasn’t.
Was Kehlani trying to tell us something? Fresh off the release of her new album, Kehlani, got personal and shared why her relationship with YG ended after the two went public about it back in September.
But about a month later, around Halloween, YG was allegedly caught kissing another woman at a party. Apparently, this wasn’t the first time they broke-up over something like this. And according to Kehlani, things got better. Then it got worse.
On Valentine’s Day, the two released their collaborative project, “Konclusions,” only to break up later that day because, well.. YG can’t seem to be faithful.
“I’ve seen his phone and there just was things that I just didn’t need to see that were not surface-level things,” shared Kehlani. He, of course, apologized, but the two remained just cordial.
It wasn’t until her new album dropped, that we were able to dig deeper into their relationship. Despite airing their troubles out, Kehlani claims she has nothing but love for her ex. “We’re not on any type of bad terms. I wish him the best, he wishes me the best, it’s nothing but love.”
