Despite the outpour of support for Dwane and Gabrielle’s daughter, has been overwhelmingly – a couple individuals have different opinions. Last week, Boosie expressed his disapproval of Zaya’s personal choice to identify as female. This week, Young Thug mirrors the same sentiment.
Immediately receiving backlash, Young Thug’s tweet has been perceived as transphobic – resulting in him eventually deleting the initial Tweet.
His comment comes as a surprise considering Thugger has shared gender views in the past: “In my world, you can be a gangsta with a dress, or you can be a gangsta with baggy pants. I feel like there’s no such thing as gender.”
Hypocritical, much?
