While still incarcerated, Rowdy Rebel continues to put out new music. After releasing the Jahlil Beats-produced record, “She All About The Shmoney,” featuring his GS9 comrade Bobby Shmurda, and the legendary Too $hort, the Brooklyn native lets go of another record entitled, “NY Flex.”
