Rick Ross has been reportedly indicted for charges that include kidnapping, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm. The incident occurred back in June of 2015 when Ross allegedly held his groundskeeper at gunpoint and pistol-whipped him with a 9mm Glock, twice.
In Ross’ defense, his attorney, Steve Sadow states that Ross was acting in self-defense and “in defense of his property when he encountered trespassers.” Apparently, the groundskeeper was using Ross’ guesthouse for parties where cocaine and other drugs were present.
