Sparking relationship rumors since last month, Nicki Minaj seems to have made it official. Today, via Instagram, the Queen Barb posted a photo of her and her alleged new boo, Kenneth Petty. Apparently, the couple were on vacation at a beachside resort, celebrating Nicki’s 36th birthday this past weekend. Nicki’s followers, however, have been vocal about their dislike for Petty because of his criminal past. According to TMZ, Petty is a registered sex offender and was convicted of manslaughter and attempted rape.
