The holiday season has officially begun! This past Thursday, Hot 97 kicked off the season with their annual Hot For The Holidays concert! Trekking it out to Flatbush (Brooklyn), the prestigious Kings Theatre played host to the star-studded concert. Confirmed headliners for the evening included Trey Songz, Tory Lanez, Lil Baby, Gunna, Flipp Dinero, Funk Flex & Friends. But ofcourse, what’s a Hot 97 concert without surprises!
From Brooklyn’s own, Fabolous to Young M.A. to legendary hitmaker, Fatman Scoop, all touched the stage – surprising a sold out crowd! Hot 97’s own, Nessa, Megan Ryte, DJ Wallah, and Cypha Sounds were also a part of the show; providing commentary and sounds in between sets. The crowd was entertained from start to finish and Brooklyn (as well Jersey) all showed out, representing their respective ‘hoods.
The festive vibes that the legendary station continues to bring throughout the year is unmatched. Check out some of the sights & sounds from the evening below.
