Back in March we shared The Roots and Live Nation Urban’s 12th Annual Roots Picnic announcement. As we initially noted, the Picnic moves to The Mann Center at Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. But will continue to be a festival that aligns with music and culture – carefully curating an overall experience that unites music’s hottest acts, influencers, tastemakers, thought leaders, and of course, the fans.
The Roots, who will headline, will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their seminal album, “Things Fall Apart.” Other artists slated to perform include H.E.R., 21 Savage, Tank, Lil Baby, Davido, City Girls, Blueface, Ari Lennox, and more.
Now that May has arrived, we’re officially ONE MONTH away from the iconic festival.
