New York, NY –With collaborations as deep as Pharrell, Vic Mensa, Chance The Rapper, and more, singer, songwriter and producer Dixson is taking the industry by storm. Last night, Thursday, Aug. 5, Roc Nation x IMG Agency hosted Dixson’s intimate listening party in New York City, via the Ludlow House. With an exclusive D’usse open bar from 8PM-9PM, and a tip-top performance in the midst, the event was beyond successful. Dixson performed a number of songs including his Aura Freestyle, KREAM single and a few unreleased songs from an upcoming project.
Signed to Roc Nation earlier this year, and under the management of industry mogul Kenny Hamilton, Dixson is a breathe of fresh air in the R&b / Soul genre.
Serenading his guest of over 100 people, The event attendees included , soho house members and industry tastemakers such as Angela Simmons, Urban photographer Johnny Nunez, Rae Holiday, D. Weatherman, Shari B and much more.
The Atlanta native Singer, songwriter and instrumentalist showcased his potential for stardom by simultaneously working a room, performing and playing two instruments throughout the night.
With an official studio album surely on the way, fans can currently stream Dixson’s latest EP called “Darling” an open letter to women of color that features KREAM, which currently sits at #13 on R&B Radio charts.
