Yesterday was a sad day for fans of the Philadelphia 76ers and one of the greatest scores to ever play in the NBA as former NBA MVP and 14 year player Allen Iverson announced his retirement live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. The 2001 MVP and the man who is widely considered for bringing the hip-hop culture to the NBA gave about a 11 minute speak thanking Sixers fans, his former coaches, friends and family and more.
