This Cowboys fan was so upset with the overturned call on Dez Bryant that resulted in a playoff loss for Dallas that he sued the NFL!

Terry Hendrix is an inmate in Colorado. Hendrix is suing the NFL for nearly $89 billion dollars for the officiating decision to overturn Dez Bryant’s reception in the Cowboys’ playoff loss to the Packers.

Hendrix’s filing states:

on behalf of Dez Bryant #88, all Dallas Cowboys fans, and all people in or from the Sovereign Republic of Texas.” It names as defendants the NFL, Roger Goodell, referee Gene Steratore, and head of officiating Dean Blandino, and accuses them of “fraud, theft and gross stupidity in the face of an undeniable catch.”

The suit goes on to predict what would have happened had Bryant’s reception stood:

The Cowboys’ offensive line would have perfectly created an ‘Autobahn’ for DeMarco Murray to drive into the endzone for the score and victory.”

He’s seeking exactly $88,987,654,321.88.

Something tells me the NFL ain’t worried. Terry is known to be  serial filer of frivolous lawsuits.
